With more than 25 years of experience working alongside manufacturing operations, Kimberly understands that successful environmental compliance is built on more than procedures and documentation—it starts with a strong culture within the organization. Through her work with senior management and operational teams, she has seen how a company’s environmental compliance mindset influences the decisions and behaviours of employees at every level.
Kimberly believes that every employee has a role in maintaining environmental performance. Building awareness, accountability, and ownership throughout an organization is essential to developing a strong and sustainable compliance program.
Driven by this approach, Kimberly established KH Environmental Consulting Inc. to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and day-to-day industrial operations. She provides practical compliance guidance, regulatory support, and tailored solutions that help organizations confidently navigate evolving environmental obligations.
